Total Cost: Your device installment plan covers the Jiobit device ($12.99/month). In addition to the Jiobit device there is a required monthly data plan to use Jiobit’s service ($8.99/month) which can be cancelled any time. After 12 device product installment payments, you will only be required to pay the monthly service fee ($8.99/month) to continue to use the device.
First Payment: Your first installment payment is due when your order is placed.
No Prepayment Penalty: You may prepay your installments in full at any time without penalty. Your prepayment is calculated by the monthly payment (multiplied) by the remaining installment payments left.
30 Day Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your product you have 30 days to return the product and receive a full refund on your first installment.
Prepayment Refund: You are entitled to a refund of any amount you pay in excess of the remaining principal balance as of the date of prepayment.
Communication from Jiobit:You agree to allow Jiobit to send you payment reminders. You agree that payment reminders may take the form of any available communication. You also agree that if you fail to pay an amount owed to Jiobit pursuant to this Agreement, Jiobit may engage in collection efforts to recover such amounts from you. These collection efforts may involve contacting you directly, submitting your information to a collections agency, or taking legal action.
Cancellation: You may request to cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@Jiobit.com or calling 1-855-546-2848. Upon account closure, we will cancel any pending transactions unless otherwise legally prohibited. If you owe any installation payments, Jiobit will not close your account until that payment has been made. You will remain liable for all obligations related to your account even after the account is closed. Jiobit will retain your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable state or federal law, rule or regulation. If you cancel the Jiobit service ($8.99 per month) before you have completed your payment installments you will still be charged the remaining monthly balance for the Jiobit service. Your service will then continue until the end of that month's billing period, with no further monthly payment obligations for the service. You have the option to pay the device off in full at anytime with no prepayment penalty.
Payment Methods: All acceptable methods will be auto-billed. Current acceptable methods of payment are:
Debit or Credit Cards - Automatic payments made by a debit or credit card will be subject to the terms and conditions established by the debit or credit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your debit or credit card, you will be responsible for any fees incurred and Jiobit will have no liability with respect thereto.
ACH/ Direct Debit Transfer - You may pay your account balance by authorizing automatic payments through an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Direct Debit transaction from your bank account. Please call us to enable this for your account 1-855-546-2848.
Your subscription begins once you complete your activation order. Your recurring monthly billing date
starts 4 days after Jiobit is shipped to you.
Subscription Termination
You
may cancel your subscription at any time and return Jiobit. Customers are responsible for return
shipping charges. If the device is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, additional fees may
be incurred. Customers are responsible for lost or stolen products and will charged the full device
price ($149) if the subscription is terminated without returning the device. Cancellation prior to 3
full billing periods will result in a $25 refurbishment service fee.

Usage
Unlimited data usage is included with your subscription. International data usage
shall not exceed 14 consecutive days in a billing period or you will be liable for additional data
service charges.

Service begins 30 days after you receive your Jiobit. If you cancel your subscription within the annual commitment, you’ll be charged an early termination fee of 50% of your remaining contract obligation. Your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.
Service begins 30 days after you receive your Jiobit. If you cancel your subscription within the 2 year commitment period, you’ll be charged an early termination fee of 25% of your remaining contract obligation. Your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.
Covers unexpected and unintentional events that results in repairable physical damage to the product, including drops, cracks, or liquid submersion beyond the specification (IP68). The damage shall not be foreseeable and shall be beyond your control or the control of anyone you entrusted with the product.
Also includes a 12 month extention (total 24 months) of Jiobit's warranty policy.
