Jiobit Device Financing Terms & Conditions
12 month payment plan, paid monthly
Total Cost: Your device installment plan covers the Jiobit device ($12.99/month). In addition to the Jiobit device there is a required monthly data plan to use Jiobit’s service ($8.99/month) which can be cancelled any time. After 12 device product installment payments, you will only be required to pay the monthly service fee ($8.99/month) to continue to use the device.
First Payment: Your first installment payment is due when your order is placed.
No Prepayment Penalty: You may prepay your installments in full at any time without penalty. Your prepayment is calculated by the monthly payment (multiplied) by the remaining installment payments left.
30 Day Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your product you have 30 days to return the product and receive a full refund on your first installment.
Prepayment Refund: You are entitled to a refund of any amount you pay in excess of the remaining principal balance as of the date of prepayment.
Communication from Jiobit:You agree to allow Jiobit to send you payment reminders. You agree that payment reminders may take the form of any available communication. You also agree that if you fail to pay an amount owed to Jiobit pursuant to this Agreement, Jiobit may engage in collection efforts to recover such amounts from you. These collection efforts may involve contacting you directly, submitting your information to a collections agency, or taking legal action.
Payment Methods: All acceptable methods will be auto-billed. Current acceptable methods of payment are:
Debit or Credit Cards - Automatic payments made by a debit or credit card will be subject to the terms and conditions established by the debit or credit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your debit or credit card, you will be responsible for any fees incurred and Jiobit will have no liability with respect thereto.
ACH/ Direct Debit Transfer - You may pay your account balance by authorizing automatic payments through an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Direct Debit transaction from your bank account. Please call us to enable this for your account 1-855-546-2848.
